I was able to play Grounded in cross-play with my friend before the full game release but it's no longer possible since. I have the game on Steam and him via Game pass, we cannot see eachother in our In-Game friend-List when creat a lobby, but we can see eachother in our Friend-list of the Xbox game bar. When my friend send me an invite from the Xbox game Bar, it brought me back to Grounded main menu and a Windows's pop up appear and say that "You'll need a new app to open this link ms-xbl-multiplayer", with a link that say "Find an app in the microsoft store" that brought me in the official Grounded microsoft store page to propose me to buy the game again or take the Game pass.... I've never find this "app" I need to open this "ms-xbl-multiplayer" (???), And it's seems that internet have not the solution either. barn Posted July 6, 2023 Share Posted July 6, 2023 Hi, I guess you are french, so am I, but I think we'll need to keep on in english to make sure someone can help... I have the exact same issue - when trying to join a game. Though I'm still able to invite a friend, but every time, he is kicked out after like 10-20 seconds. If it isn't too much trouble, can you all please submit as support ticket? Once we have your report we'll work together to investigate this issue. Obsidian Support Please include the following information: 1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam). 2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you tell us how many players in total in the game, and their platforms if known) 3. Difficulty level 4. Description of issue. 5. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable. Thanks, and hopefully we'll be able to find a solution for you all!
