Hold attack button for disability ease

Mosquito Rapier is by far my favorite weapon but against harder bosses it is a pain to constantly have to tap the trigger over and over on console. 
 

Should be able to hold the trigger button down for repeated attacks until stamina is depleted or trigger released. 
 

Would not affect gameplay difficulty, would simply allow for less stress for disabled players.

I really like this idea, maybe it could more so be an option in the settings.

That was my thoughts too, usually under accessibility in other games. I can see it being difficult for some with arthritis or others with mobility issues for prolonged button pressing.

I don't have any of that going on, but I still get tired of mashing the trigger. So I absolutely would like to see them implement this is a future update. I'm not a coder, but something like this doesn't seem too difficult to accomplish.

Best thing they ever added was the repair tool being able to repair without continually hitting the trigger or key again and again. Why not use the same feature for combat if and when it's needed? Especially for people with disabilities.  Great idea.
