That would be great.

I think they expect you to move from cooked meat over to jerky though. As you are able to stack jerky.

Yes, but jerky doesn't heal like cooked meat, and dehydrates you a bit.

I also suggested a new storage chest type for cold storage that extends the longevity or food from spoiling.

Can add a tipped over ice chest/cooler area to the map, similar to the grill area, that has ice chunks which can be harvested as a resource. The zone can cause chill effects opposite sizzling, so you need the spicy effect to counter. The new chest could be similar to the storage chest, but use pupa leather (instead of clover) and silk rope in addition to the ice chunks to create.

Maybe a cold/arctic type area if they decide to move into the house? Like in the refrigerator? Feels like they could do a lot with this idea. Maybe add roaches...fleas...brown recluse...house flys...ticks(maybe plausible)...a mouse boss? OR maybe that's just a good idea for a sequel game to grounded?

Finding a tipped over beverage with Ice Blocks to harvest could help achieve this if they wanted to implement some sort of Icebox to help preserve foods that can spoil.

Possibly an arctic region if they choose to live there. similar to in the fridge? There seems to be a lot they could accomplish with this concept. Perhaps include roaches, fleas, brown recluses, house flies, ticks (if possible), and a mouse boss? OR is that just a fantastic concept for a game that follows Ground Zeroes?
