I, and others I play with, have had this happen multiple times when if you are webbed by an Orb Weaver you are switched from 1st- to 3rd-person view, but after breaking the web you do not revert back to 1st-person. As there isn't a setting on the Xbox to change the view like there is on PC, the only way to correct this is to quit the game and reload. 

There is a setting in actions menu (down arrow on d-pad by default)

There is also a key binding under controller setup, which you can manually assign to some other key if you want.
