Eothas Incarnate Summons stuck casting spell

My SC Eothas Priestess has the incarnate spell for Eothas. I never had this before, but one of them always gets stuck casting a spell and then does nothing else. The spell icon is constantly visible. Is this a known bug? Is there any fix for this?

It is known, yes, and I addressed it by my Balance Polishing Mod

Deadfire Balance Polishing Mod at Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a better solution than replacing the second priest by a copy of the first one.
I don't remember if I made a separable file for this particular change.
