Found bug when collecting water

Since this morning, when o try to collect water droplets from blades of grass with three blades, the water doesn’t fall when I hit the base.  I can shoot them down, but if I cut the blade of grass, the water stays in the air, suspended by itself.  Links to follow.  
 

This happens after saving and reloading, and on older saves as well.

Yes same. When you get close to it where you can scoop it and it just doesn’t work. It doesn’t exist to the other player but it has the visual for you. So annoying.
