I load up my save file after I got home from a work. I noticed that my health bar is on bottom of Health Pool and I cannot interact with anything(bed/lean-in, chests, workbench, dew collector, etc)

Also I tried to walk up to wolf spiders and they didn't aggro at me even if I attacked one of them. I even killed one of Wolf Spiders and couldn't loot anything. Not sure what I can do about it so some feedbacks would be apprenticed.

Use the give up option and respawn, or change character.

I'm sorry that you've run into this issue where the game is unresponsive. I haven't seen this bug reported before, so I don't have anything I can offer to assist. I recommend that you submit a bug report, and we can work with you to investigate this issue.
