I got coup de grass from hitting the dice before going to the four leaf clover. I went to the four leaf clover and it won't give me the second mutation.

I went to the clover first. Now my dice won’t move.

Go back to the D20 and knock it off of 20 and back. It should update the mutation.

Well that's a problem! I noticed that mine was semi-stuck against one of the pillars and using power attack with a sword knocked it away enough that it would start rolling again.
