Accurate Spider Venom or Poison

Venom accurate to its real life effects, such as wolf spiders having paralysis and orb weavers to have a neuro toxin that blurs your screen with a sturring rainbow effect like oil on water. It keeps the wolf spider being worse and makes the orb weaver a little scarier or more dangerous as a spider, the smaller ones in the hedge could be the exception (even though really, they should be worse).

Remember you would need to find a comparable dose to a human/mammal. Differing animals metabolize different things.  Example warfarin was used as a pesticide for rats. It was assumed that it would be lethal to humans til a guy survived the upscaled dose and discovered that because of differences in metabolization that it's was safe for humans as heart medication at the assumed lethal level.

The current spiders seem fine to me but if you want those effects maybe add new critters like wasp, velvet worms, maybe even some puffball or other fungus to create facemask zone or else you risk the boat ride from Charlie and the chocolate factory
