I am so close to finishing POE1, finally.

I would like to have a few Berath's Blessings right from the get-go in Deadfire.
Namely stat/skill bonuses, Eder's pet slot, and the merchant.

Is there a mod or a save file available to unlock them without needing to play through the game once without mods? Because I would want to at least use any unofficial patches right away.

Virus scan negative, thank you ;D

Many questions though... So I just drag and drop the file where? or do I replace an existing file? Do I have to play offline, as I haven't unlocked the achievements for real, to prevent Steam from overriding it?

You want to extract the folder ('Blessings Stuff') contained in the .zip archive to your override directory. (This is where you place all of your mod folders.)

Since you have the game on Steam this should be

...\steamapps\common\Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire\PillarsOfEternityII_Data\override

You might have to create the 'override' folder if it does not already exist in 'PillarsOfEternityII_Data'.

The Steam copy of Deadfire sometimes shows false warnings about mod version incompatability, but you can ignore these.

Also just to clarify, having mods won't prevent you from getting achievements!

Followup:

Just to see if it works as I thought it would, I started a game and nope, I can't see any way to enable them. According to

I should have the option at New Game options screen, but I don't. What am I missing?

No, it only shows ToI and Expert below the Gameplay Modifications...

I am wary of going further into the game than until I can move as to avoid spoilers (as I have yet to finish the last 2 quests in poe1), so maybe there lies my error?

Could be triggered by the existence of .gamecomplete file in the save folder

I was so desperate I read through the whole wiki page, and now it works

To complete all achievements, thereby unlocking all possible points (212 - including cut achievements), download the following file global.achievements and move it into the following folder, depending on your operating system:[1]

  • Windows:
C:\Users\<username>\Saved Games\Pillars of Eternity II\Achievements\
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Pillars of Eternity II\Achievements\
