I've just fought Maura in the Oratory of Earl, but the fight won't end. I'd read elsewhere that this bug can occur if an opponent is off screen, but I made sure to run around the area before killing the last creep. And now all my characters are completely frozen, I can't even move about to look for more possible enemies. This has happened four times now, and I can't see how to proceed.
