January 30, 20214 yr So, after my daughter having an issue using Multiplayer for several months on her computer, I finally fixed the issue. By creating a new Microsoft account to log in with. That's literally all it took. Not sure why, but using her other account always gave errors when trying to join or create a game, even though it worked previously. Just thought I'd throw this out there for anyone having problems. Error we got when joining game shown in picture. Got a different error for when trying to host. "There was an issue trying to host a multiplayer game".
January 31, 20214 yr This worked for me (using a separate MS account for Grounded) - likely cause of the family safety setting issues on the MS account.

Please make sure to include the following information. 1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam). 2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you let us know how many players in total in the game and their platforms if you know this) 3. Description of issue. 4. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
