So, after my daughter having an issue using Multiplayer for several months on her computer, I finally fixed the issue.

By creating a new Microsoft account to log in with.    That's literally all it took.

Not sure why, but using her other account always gave errors when trying to join or create a game, even though it worked previously.

Just thought I'd throw this out there for anyone having problems.

Error we got when joining game shown in picture.   Got a different error for when trying to host.  "There was an issue trying to host a multiplayer game".

This worked for me (using a separate MS account for Grounded) - likely cause of the family safety setting issues on the MS account.

Thanks for sharing; I'm glad you were able to solve the problem!

In the future, if you run into any other issues during your time with Grounded, please feel free to submit a support ticket, and we'll work with you to either resolve the issue or get as much information as needed to investigate it.

Please make sure to include the following information.

1. Platform (Xbox Console, PC Game Pass, PC Steam).
2. Multiplayer or Single Player Game (if multiplayer, can you let us know how many players in total in the game and their platforms if you know this)
3. Description of issue.
4. Last thing you did in the game before the issue occurred, if applicable.
