Some things wrong with that

People laugh when I say that I think a jellyfish is one of the most beautiful things in the world. What they don't understand is, I mean a jellyfish with long, blond hair.

The Sith ships are all of Rakatan design.  The Star Forge was built by the Rakata, and all the ships and droids produced by it are of their design.  The Leviathan appears to be larger than the Victory Star destoyers, and also appears to have much greater weapons capacity then it is stated as having.  The Rakata reached their peak something like 15,000 years before Humans or any other group even really took to the stars, they obviously had technology that wouldn't be equalled until much later.  The Leviathan class ships easily destroy the Republic war ships, which were at that time actual war ships unlike in the later Republic.

but they say Admiral Saul left with the Republic flag ship .. The Leviathan.. then where are the alien/Rakatan ships then? because all sith ships look like the Leviathan .. and if thats an Republic design!!? :p

Well I guess they just made a little blunder when they refered to the Leviathan as the former Republic flagship! I just found it rather funny .. :)

off topic but I started the thread I reckon that some types of the sith ships must be unmanned for malak's fleet to so outnumber the republic's because the star forge was probably generating ships faster than the sith recruitment could fill them

Won't be that hard to make the ships unmanned. Like the droids, they can be programmed to be independent in a battlefield. Like robots.

Actually unmanned ships would have an advantage over manned ones in that you could use the space otherwise used for accomodating the crew for things like more powerful weapons, engines or shields instead.

Read "The truce at Bakura", set right after the Emporers death, an alien invading fleet try to take over Bakura and other Imperial space using Entenched energy (Life force).

Their entire fleet other than the capital ships were basically human life force running machines.  Luke could feel tons of force energy in the capital ships, of humans and other species.

If Malaks fleet was commanded by a "droid" army then they would need a master control to tell them what to do in groups like the trade federations droid army.

The Star Forge upgraded the Leviathan to that of the Rakatan technology, and it simply still gave the same signature off to the sensors so people knew that it was the Leviathan. (Thats speculation not fact)

Personally, I like the Rakatan design, if you look at the Republic ships in the game they do look very weak and breakable.

-There is no Light or Dark. There is only Power, and those to weak to seek it!

-Build a man a fire and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

-I find no joy in taking the life of someone that finds no value in it.

-If you only get out of life what you put into it,why not just keep it all to begin with and save a whole lot of waisted time and effort?

Personally I prefer good old TOTJ starships. They look more original and yet have star wars movies spirit.

Republic cruisers are mere copy of TPM Quigon arrival ship. Leviathan is better.

HERMOCRATES:

Nur Ab Sal was one such king. He it was, say the wise men of Egypt, who first put men in the colossus, making many freaks

of nature at times when the celestial spheres were well aligned.

SOCRATES:

This I doubt. We are hearing a child's tale.

I gatta agree there.

By the way, thanks for all the pics, it's been like four years since my mom threw out all my comics (sob), and that brought back some good old star wars memories! And to think I spent all that time ordering comics off the internet and special mail order (damn it me angry)
