Hi there -

Just bought Grounded and getting a Direct X error - "DX11 feature level 10.0 required to run game".

I am using the following:

• PC Steam
• Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX
• Intel core i7-3770 CPU@3.40GHZ 4 cores
• Windows 10

 I’ve run dxdiag and it shows capable of feature level 10_0.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hey Kevin! I'm sorry to hear that Grounded isn't working properly on your computer. There are a couple of things we can try to resolve this. First, I recommend making sure your video card and OS are up to date, and if that doesn't work, the next step would be to reinstall the game.
