PS4 Error NP-40831-6

Hi all, It's been 4 days that I have this error np-40831-6 when I want to connect to my psn.

I opened all the ports, dmz, rebuild the database, flush the ps4 cache, static ip ps4 and box, I did a full reset which took 5 hours and I even changed my box this afternoon.

 I still have this error that takes my head.

If by any chance someone here has a solution please, thank you in advance.
