What Network settings do i need

What should be the network settings for others to join me in grounded I have a 92 mBs down and 10 up but my friend cannot join me but I have no problem joining him

sounds like your router settings or firewall.  Make sure you have open NAT for multiplayer.  without more info we can't do much more than guess.

These are the typical ports that need to be forwarded when playing most Xbox games. 

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

If you're on pc these will also apply. If your on steam check in the steam support page or forums to see if you need anything more beyond the ones I posted.
