There is supposed to be spilled paint around the paint can where the Cold Blooded Burg.L chip is located. The paint is not appearing and all I see is dirt where it should be.

I didn't have paint either but it was still on the ground.

I apologize my initial post does make it seem as though I cannot find the Cold Blooded chip. This is not the case there is just not any paint on the ground and the chip itself is sitting in the dirt.

I got no paint as well but my chip was floating in the air

had no paint around the can either.  haven't checked today though since we just got the patch a couple hours ago.
