Can´t attack underwater.

I play on xbox and i can´t use any tool underwater RT doesn´t work underwater.

Anybody can help me?

you can't swing any weapon under water, and you shouldn't be able to, water slows you down, the strike would have very little affect.

Stabbing works though

You can use your shovel and spear under water.

You have to be able to use an axe or chopping tool, ive tried a spear on the eelgrass, and it just says “chopping tool required”- eelgrass is needed for diving gear and i cant progress on the quest without it.

You need the knife to cut eelgrass
