Invisible wall at weed killer spout

So there is this weird invisible wall around the end of the weed killer hose / spout that makes it difficult to walk near. I have to loop around it as if it had bigger geometry than intended just to be able to get on top of it. Not a huge deal, but nothing else has this weird behavior.

that's weird, i just did the weed killer marker mission and had no issue climbing on the sprayer nozzle to get there last night.  also on xbox.

I went ahead and made an XBox clip of the wall. You can hear my attacks hitting something. I also step back to show that a normal swing doesn't make that sound.
