I started playing grounded when it came out , had few bugs here and there nothing big . Now i try loading ny saved date and as soon as you see the loading signal (bottom left) 

my game crashes out and goes to xbox screen if you guys could look into it or help me out would really help?

Try loading auto saves if that doesn't work then try re-installing the game.

Have you tried the above? You may want to make sure you dont have too many saves in your library as some users have reported that as an issue for them that fixed once they deleted down to single digits.
