August 9, 20205 yr I get "Sign in" button for Xbox Live (PC) and then "Let's Play" screen. After that It just says "Offline User" and It doesn't sign me in. I've tried multiple times to sign in again but It never works.
August 9, 20205 yr This happened to me the first time I logged in, and it was because I didnt logged in my microsoft account a long time, after I logged in my outlook/microsoft account, it fixed for me, at least, if this doesn't help, I hope someone else can help you
