It seems since the patch anyone who is joined in my game can no longer see my blueprints, lay their own blueprints and when i walk on to new buildings i built that they cant see blueprints of, i disappear completely from their game.

We had the same problem in multiplayer games on PC. Also the non host players are not able to place walls and floors with the grid, what causes problems in the building process since it is quiet hard to have all pieces fitting together in large buildings without a proper grid.

This issue as a big issue that is afffecting our players and it is one of our priorities to investigation. That being said it is a very in depth one that may require some time to figure out and make stable for future updates! Sorry for this inconvenience.
