Spiderwebs are semi annoying if you get stuck in one and are floating in the air you will be stuck floating and can’t move even after you break it, an experience i had with getting stuck is having a spider try and kill me but it can’t hit me and i could hit it. 

A way I found out of this glitch is placing a lean-to below your feet and setting your spawn point then pausing and hitting “give up” which kills you and drops your bag when you spawn you can immediately grab the bag and go.

That is an annoying problem that I have ran into a few times aswell.

Saving the game after you destroy the web and reloading may fix your problem.

I got stuck like that twice...and thankfullly I wasn't under threat at the time. What I did was save the game with me stuck in the air. Then just load that save game. No need to quit out or anything. Worked both times. Hope it helps.

I haven't gotten stuck in a web so far, but I haven't been able to cut them down since my first game. Now when I approach them, the only option I get is to chop the grass they're attached to; chopping at the web directly does nothing.
