Dual mortar is very good for Cipher. It generates plenty of focus. Bow are better vs single target. I don't know specifically about Frostseeker though.

INT from duality is excellent for both Cipher spells and Mortar AoE.

so beguiler or another subclass?  should i keep as SC or multiclass with monk in term of dps dmg?
