Yea that was because she had a lot of synergy with the watcher options in terms of affinity building. It was extremely easy to get her to 2 points. 2 points is what is required for romance options with anyone. The game basically tells you that romance is saying what people want to hear and agree with a few times and then you can get together. Just like real life.
