Maybe I'm just old but I can not get an interact button to show up in the ne of the gullet to enter the next portion of Neketaka.  Xbox one

 

What exactly am I doing wrong?  Thank you for the help!

I've seen posts about being unable to leave the Gullet period, and I fear this is what's happened to you. But if the west exit works, you can probably instead go to the Sacred Stair and take the south exit to unlock the Brass Citadel.
