To get the ending where Pim turns the principi into a transport company - you need to go huana and have both Aeldys and Furrante death. Last time I followed their quest by siding with Aeldys until Furrante got hanged then just went back and right click attacked her, now I’m wondering if there is a more elegant way to turn on both?

hang furrante in the quest

then get the ghost ship but don't go back the aeldys until agree to support huana in final battle

then go back to dunnage and kill aeldys

and make sure the rival final battle faction are not principi

which means weaken principi by don't finish goods and service or kill benweth or don't complete any bounty quest for principi
