Purchased not transferring across devices.

Question

Hi. My normal phone crapped itself yesterday and I'm using my back up. I downloaded the pathfinder app and I've signed in to my android account and some of my stuff has synced, but I don't have characters or progress, or dice. I've bought heaps of stuff, and all I'm getting at the moment is my daily gold.

 

I'd love my stuff back, pleeeeaaase.

Definitely I am. As I said, I've got my daily gold still coming every day. I just have nothing else. No progress or characters or adventure or dice etc.
