Missing Texture: Standard Troop Armor Gold Shoulder Pads

Hi! I've noticed that the shoulder pads on the Standard Troop Armor (Gold at least, not sure about standard) disappear. They don't seem to do so immediately, as they showed when I first bought the armor and equipped it, but today when I load into the game, they're gone.
