ThatOneHair Posted November 2, 2019 Share Posted November 2, 2019 Hi, So im playing on Xbox, and i have just landed on the Groundbreaker Docks. As soon as i leave my ship i get audio cuts and whenever i try to talk to NPCs the camera stays on their face and it takes around 2 minutes to talk. I cannot exit or respond in any way, and the game crashes after around 5 minutes. I have uninstalled as well as loaded previous saves, but nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. We have our development team looking into it and hope to have a fix for it shortly. In the meantime, to expedite your request, you can send an e-mail to our publisher, Private Division at support@privatedivision.com. This will get your issue into their queue and allow us to prioritize requests to ensure the fastest possible turn around time.
