During the Labyrinth mission I have to enter a room by unlocking it with a terminal and then walking in, but everytime I walk into the room, the game will crash without fail, it completely prevents me from continuing the story

When I get to that point, I'll check to see if the same thing happens on the PC.  You should also relay this information in the Outer Worlds support forum, assuming you have not already.
