where the heck can I get more lock picks??? (faction mission stuck)

Pretty much out in the wild for this faction mission and only way to get into the house is with the picks but every vending machine has them restricted and vendors dont have them and I dont have enough. its for the bolt is his name mission

Can you fly somewhere in your ship to where you can either steel them or have a good reputation and have access to vendors and vending machines?

General Store in Edgewater had some for sale, there is also a bunch laying everywhere in the Groundbreaker though those will have to be stolen.

I actually know my rep is very high with all 3 factions. so I have to check vendors and not vending machines?

If you have 40 hacking you can access the restricted merchandise of vending machines, and buy magpicks from them.
