Game CTD when right-click aiming

Suddenly after playing for 2-3 hours w/o this issue, now:

1 - Mouse right-click when holding a ranged weapon

2 - Aim for 1-2 seconds

3 - Game CTD

 

Despite this crashes I really love this game, thanks Obsidian!
