In the sense that maia starts the romance with xoti and your character also start romancing xoti ? any bugs reported ?

Nope, pretty sure there are no polygamous relationships in the game. If Maia and Xoti get together, neither will show any interest in you. Sorry pal, at least Tekēhu and Aloth are single!
