Thank you for reporting this to us!  This is actually the intended way they narrative dev wanted the character to speak with this option, though it is rather irregular :)

Configure browser push notifications

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
