Constant crashing after getting the ship

My game is crashing my computer every 3 minutes. Forcing a full system freeze and restart.

Xbox game pass for pc 

pc specs:

• Core i7 4790k
• 32gb Ram
• RTX 2070
• 64 bit

all drivers and windows system is up to date!
