I killed the thing in the assembly of echos and used llengraths scroll. then I came to the scriptorium and went to the temple but all doors get closed. How do I open them again?

After you complete first wing (be it library or the prison) and enter back into the hall a story even occurs. There should be something above the fountain you can interact with. Afterwards the doors will open.
