I've recently beat The Spider's Web in The Crucible, but after the fight is done and I looted everything, nothing happened.
So I'm stuck in there.

Is there a way I can get myself out of there by using the console? Setting the appropriate quest flag or something?

This happened to me before in an earlier challenge, two times in a row, and essentially I had to redo the challenge and hope I don't get stuck.
The Spider's Web took me a good 5 hours to get trough, so if there's a way to cheat myself out of the bug I would gladly do it.

that's real odd, in my experience, as soon as you leave combat you should get a special "end of challenge loot box" and be warped out of the crucible (no chance to even loot the enemies, you just get it all in that loot box).

 

are you using any special items or mods that might interact with combat win conditions or something?

I'm sorry you're stuck in the scene.  If you could send me a copy of the save prior to the combat and one after combat, I'd love to take a look at it.  If needed, you can find instructions on how to obtain those saves here.  If you could send those to me at support@obsidian.net along with a link to this thread as a reference I would appreciate it.
