Heh, add me to the list of the "needy"... I used to go to a Gym, just for 2 hours twice a week, but dang, I can *feel* it, that it's been 6 months since I moved (and haven't rejoined a gym), The curse of age. It's like the maintenance work just becomes more and more demanding
