Guards still became hostile during fights (turn based)

I can't complete some bounty due to city guards attack me after some turns after the fight begin.

Is this bug being investigated already?

    The Neketaka guards are neutral and so only attack of provoked. If an enemy strikes them, they will fight the enemy. If you accidentally attack them, they will turn hostile. You're probably hitting them with an AoE attack.

    I doubt it, they are far away from the combat when they enter the fight and i avoid AoE in city.

    Guards turn hostile in turn-based combat even If no action was taken. It was reported multiple times, So i doubt Obsidian is unaware of the issue.
