So I played through the first Pillars of Eternity by not knowing  pretty much anything about the world and the Gods and I acted pretty careless. I got the "worst ending" by betraying all of the Gods, pretty much.

 

So in PoE: Deadfire every single God seems to be annoyed by my character, I'd like to ask if it gets any better in the later game or in the DLC (Beast of Winter?), will I receive any kind of redemption in the end? (no major spoilers please)

 

The funniest part was that I was playing as a Priest in PoE as a Fire Priest sounded like a cool build and it was actually quite good. But still I managed to betray all the gods in the game you interact with!

I think all the gods give you debuffs that wear off or slight annoyances that persist throughout the game. I think Hylea's is something like constant bird poop on your deck...

Each of the Gods take some minor revenge at some point in the story, but it doesn't really effect the end game. Nope, no redemption for you, I'm afraid.
