The in game spell description is missing three pieces of important information: duration, tick frequency, and penetration. Without these, it's very hard to figure out what the spell will actually do.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue.  Fortunately we have this one in the bug database and have it on the Systems Design team to investigate.  If you discover anything else like this, please continue to let us know so we can look into them.
