Why on Earth someone thought that Initiative being less is better? Its so confusing! "- 15% on the initiative" mean it's better for example, thats completely illogical.

 

Please make the best Initiative = 1, then it decays to 0.9, 0.8, 0.7

 

OR

 

rename it to something else with NEUTRAL to NEGATIVE connotation.

 

Something like DIFFIDENCE

I think it's pretty intuitive as it is.

You read: Unit with lowest initiation goes first = problem solved. It's really not a biggie.
