Animaillusionaria
Its just a janky idea of mine and not really optimal but i like bow wielding Shrine Priestesses. Race: Wood Elf Background: Deadfire Archipelago (skill boost is personal choice) Min/maxed MIG: 18 CON: 9 DEX: 20 PER: 10 INT: 18 RES: 3 Min maxed for a pure dps focus. Balanced MIG: 16 CON: 7 or 9 DEX: 18 PER: 14 or 10 INT: 16 RES: 7 or 9 for more Per or if one doesn't like dropping Con/Res too much ( dex and int values can be swapped if longer buff duration is preferred) Talents: Interdiction Painful Interdiction Weapon Focus Adventurer Marksman Pray on the Weak Apprentice's Sneak attack Outlanders Frenzy Scion of flame The order in which you take these is quite flexible and depends on what you need the most in your party. Outlanders frenzy can be swapped for something else (like inspiring radiance) if more support is preffered, or if you dont mind giving most of your DAoM potions to the priest but i like it for Trashfights since its per encounter. Weapon : Rain of Godagh Field almost gets you to 0 recovery (1 frame in robes 4 in padded) with just Outlanders frenzy. Sabra Marie/Cloudpiercer/Borresaine are good alternatives if you're ok with DAoM potion addiction or if one preferres their effects . Lenas Er / Persistence + Weapon Focus Peasent are also great if you would rather use a Hunting Bow Only unique i consider optimal would be Angios Gambeson if one uses Sabra Marie/Cloudpiercer/Borresaine to make the Potions last longer by getting 1 free cast per rest. My thoughts were that woodelf + Marksman make up the lost accuracy from the Deity talent and the sneak attacks would let you stack some decent dmg while staying safe in the back, the lack of Pen. Shots doesnt matter as you can just use Spells if you encounter High Dr/Immune enemies or focus on supporting your other party members so you will never be useless. What do you think? Boeroer
I think that the highest damage would come from Persistence if you would use Champion's Boon on yourself or cast Minor Avatar in combination with Aggrandizing Radiance (stacks with everything). Persistence's wounding damage grows with MIG. That means it does 25% raw dmg with 10 MIG but 40% with 30 MIG. And that lash is a multiplicative dmg boost. And of course the physical dmg also gets boosted by MIG. So the lash profits twice: from the higher physical dmg and then again from its own boosted dmg. It also works very well against pierce resistant or even immune enemies since the lash is calculated on pre-DR dmg. Add a burning lash and Scion of Flame (useful for a priest anyway) and put Durgan Steel on it and I think you have the perfect weapon for this kind of priest. 1 Deadfire Community Patch: Nexus Mods
