Enoch Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 Loads of it available if you do the "A Glimpse Beyond" quest. Also, anywhere you fight shadows/wraiths/spectres/etc. E.g., Hall of the Unseen, Oathbinder's Sanctum, the Old City, Onandere the Temptress bounty location, and lots more. 1
