[Bug] Force of Anguish Monk Ability does not knock target back.

Force of Anguish is described as an ability that knocks a target back a significant distance and prones them. In game it just prones without doing the knock back effect. (Even if there is nothing behind the target)

What game version? On 4.0.1 I have the impression that Knockback in general is not working (Clear Out, Driving Roar, Force of Anguish etc. all knock down but not back).
