Did anyone of you choose to

give Wael's body back to him, so he can kill Eothas?

I am really curious about what happens.

How huge is the impact on the furure of Eora?

Does it stop Eothas from breaking the wheel?

If not is there any good ingame reason for Wael killing Eothas too late?

It's one of two things which disapointed me in Forgotten Sanctum (second is that archmages don't know about Arkemyr being killed by the Watcher). After you talked with Eothas at the end. Wael will destroy adra colossus, then the narrator is saying that statue lies smashed on pieces. Next slide... But Eothas managed to fulfil his plan. So Wael's intervention did nothing.

Well, to look on the bright side, that probably means they are still planning a sequel.

Or at the very least leaving the door open for one in the future.

While I enjoyed Deadfire it was very clearly setup for an eventual third game dealing with the aftermath of Eothas' actions.
