Neriscyrlas' Hope - unclickable Rightful Vengeance

Neriscyrlas' Hope from Beast of Winter DLC provides Rightful Vengeance for the Watcher. Name of that ability (in polish version "Rightful Vengeance" = "Słuszna zemsta") doesn't work as link to description, so there is no way to check what the ability does.
