What item can she craft and how does she appear?

To get her to appear you need to be attacked by Woedican or Magranite cultists in a random encounter in Neketaka. She'll then be available to speak to at Marihi's Metalwork in Periki's Overlook.

 

If you've completed two DLC you can have her make the Chain Of Rightful Authority; if you've completed all three DLC you can have her make the Crown Of The Exiled Queen

Hmm, the wiki does not help much. Are the items even worth it? For so much "trouble", they should be pretty good.

Do you get the Necklace "Weight of Revelation" at the end of the FS DLC? I m nearly at the end there.
