a 17 and a 19 metaphysics（and one skill check that didn't succeed）

18 history

and 15 streetwise

seeker slayer survivor have a 20 diplomacy and 18 insight

is there any other new high skill check in dlcs?

I think the highest I have seen so far was 20. It seemed more like a flavour/early inspection thing, so there might be somethign more extreme. Though both expansions are aimed pretty much at end game content so they might be similar in that respect.
